Good Protection
All items are packed in protective cardboard boxes instead of envelopes for the best protection.

Damage caused by postal handling and transport
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please do not accept the delivery and let us know. If you have already accepted the delivery and find shipping damage then, please contact us within 3 days of the package’s arrival.
Do not throw away any packaging materials and contact us immediately. Return shipping costs should be paid for by the customer. Should the returned defect item(s) be proven to be damaged during postal handling and transport, we will send you your replacement item(s) or we will issue a refund. We will also refund the costs of return.
Factory Defect
iPhonePaintings.co.uk offers manufacturing warranty. If you have received your products with manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days after the item(s) have arrived. The product(s) must be in new and unused condition and in its (their) original package.
The return shipping cost should be paid for by the customer. Should the returned defected item(s) be proven to be defected during manufacturing, we will send you your replacement item(s) or we will issue a refund. We will also refund the costs of return.
